ANTONIO BERARDI: LFW Spring 2011-STUNNING!!

Antonio Berardi is best known for his clean and simple lines, a technical master of colors and fabrics, Berardi's Spring Collection just did so. From the opening piece of structured and crisp white knee length dress with cascading flowers, all the way to the finale, his controlled sophistication defines his demure collection.

Cropped jacket with cut-out details on the front paired with a  floor-length skirt and  a full-on bustier dress with satin panelling were soft in texture. The black sheer chiffon top with tailored white trousers  broke the white pieces and soon black cocktail dresses with structured detailing were strutting the runway.

Berardi's materials  this season are made up of luxe satin, faille and organza. Very precise and elegant , his collection's limited embellishments, make Berardi women exude sensuouness in low-key.

Antonio Berardi is just few one of the "go-to- designers", where clients are highly confident about  their body dressing.
His soft lines like the chiffon gowns with laser cut flowers paired with gray-titanium jackets are romantic pieces,  women love to wear.

FURNE ONE: London Fashion Week2011 Spring- FIERCE ONE!!!

With fire and passion, Dubai-based Filipino designer FURNE ONE, presented his Spring Collection at the London Fashion Week2011.
Unabashed and unapologetic, ONE, bends all rules and refuses to present the predictable, sinous silhouettes walked in the runway, straight from goth fantasy of warriors and queens. But this was no dream. This was a style reality, couture on a rampage.

Getting away from style rhetoric, FURNE ONE's latest bondages and gladiators-in-a plexus collection was tamely titled " I AM THE QUEEN!!!..a visual journey to the past, drawing inspiration from the golden age of Queen Elizabeth I the virgin.

This is fashion being looked at through the eyes of the designer, a craftsperson who wandered off into the basic aesthetics of  historical arts and transformed into global fashion. One's warrior queens as seen through his sexy silhouettes, his life affirming browns, beige and oysters orthodoxy created curved vents dresses topped with bomber jackets.

Combining textures, One's wood curved high heels and shoulder pads fused well with its bleached-stained canvas fibers worn out, to have a raw feel.

FURNE ONE's edgy and unconventional elements of fiber twisted threads mixed with Swarovski crystals displayed exuberance in his hand embroidered gowns. The clever use of tye-and-dye graphic elements dashed with subtle shimmer complemented the models covered in canvas gallows.

Digitally printed silks, fringing and ruffles were also key elements. Sass& Bide this season focuses on colour, print and taking embellishment into new territory with raffia and metal collars.

The ladies of Sass & Bide - Sara-Jane Clark and Heidi Middleton, have come a long way from selling customised jeans at London's Portobello Road markets more than a decade ago.

On Friday night the Aussie label,  was one of the hottest shows to kick off London Fashion Week.
